It hasn’t really been nice weather-wise, so we’ve been filling our time with indoor activities. On Monday we went to the Musee des beaux-arts. Amelia and I wandered through the John Lennon/Yoko Ono exhibit, and also saw some impressionist paintings and some of the portraits that are part of the permanent collection.
We also went to Le Petit Gym to do their class for 4-10-month olds. Most of the kids were quite a bit older than Amelia, but she seemed to enjoy herself nonetheless. Some activities were too advanced for her, but she loved the jingle bells and the bubbles and the music. They offer 4 free classes for babies 4-10 months because sometimes they take a few classes to get used to it. So, we’ll be going back next week!
Zucchini was a big hit (that was our veggie of the week last week) and this week we’re trying oatmeal, which Amelia likes much better than the rice cereal. We also decided on the Svan high chair and bought it yesterday. It’s great so far! Here’s Amelia enjoying some delicious baguette from our local bakery while sitting in the chair:

SO fun that you gals went to the Musee! I’ll be back working there over the summer… so if you visit again, let me know! :)
