Last night the girls and I were on our own for bathtime. Both Amelia and Clara have had colds this week and have been a little out of sorts. Amelia, in particular, has wanted me to carry her around more than usual. Anyway, so once Amelia’s pjs were on after her bath, she said “Mama carry you to Mama & Dada’s room” to read books.
I asked her if it would be ok if she walked into Mama & Dada’s room so I could carry Clara. She thought about it for a moment and then said “Mimi big girl. Walk.”
That’s my < big > girl!
