Finally located the video camera, so I downloaded a bunch of videos from the past few weeks. Amelia really turned a corner on walking in the last few days. She must have decided that now that she’s one, crawling is for babies. All day today she walked. Up, down, up, down. She can easily change directions without falling over, and managed to give her ball a couple of kicks while she was standing too, so Amelia definitely has the balance thing down pat.
Here are a couple of videos from Rhode Island and the beach from our trip a few weeks ago. I didn’t do any editing of them because, well, no time.

Yes, she is saying Dadadada as she’s walking towards me. She has been saying Dadadadadada nonstop for a while now. It’s too cute.
