At almost 17.5 weeks, or 4 months and 9 days, Clara is almost 16 pounds and 25 inches long. She is “very advanced” according to the doctor, with her ability to roll over, hold up her own weight, and sit on her own (video to come). She is definitely teething as we saw one of her bottom teeth through the gums. It hasn’t broken the surface yet but I would guess before 6 months she will have a tooth.
The doctor said she is perfect, as she did with Amelia. She didn’t mention the 1.5-inch height difference or the 3-pound weight difference between the girls at the same age.
