Fired, even if she didn’t do it…

I don’t know how I missed this “media” news on Friday (shows how out of the mediabistro loop I am) but apparently the infamous Judith Regan of ReganBooks (yes, she has her own imprint at HC) got fired. This is the woman who was going to pay for the OJ book, If I did it, in case that preposterous move slipped your mind.
She can’t really be all that surprised that she got canned, can she? I mean who was she kidding with an OJ book?
