I wish I had more time to post about books, interesting articles I’ve read recently, and other musings but the little munchkin takes up a ton of time (surprise, surprise). I suppose it doesn’t help that I went out to coach and/or play league three nights this week at three different locations around the city. It’s awesome to see so many people playing Ultimate, but I miss the days of the 20-team league where everyone knew everyone. It was, well, cozy.
This weekend we’re going to set up the playroom in the random room off the kitchen. And get cover plates for the electrical sockets. And baby gates. Should be fun!
She could have a million toys to play with, but she prefers socks. Go figure.
The play mat in the photo is from Skip Hop. Actually, it’s two mats put together because one wasn’t big enough to cover the whole floor. It is very easy to clean, as we tested out this morning when Amelia managed to knock over a coffee cup before Ian could get to it. The one-piece yellow hoodlum outfit is from great-aunt Cyn.
The weather has been pretty dreary here in Montreal this week. Amelia doesn’t seem to mind. Rain jacket is also from great-aunt Cyn.
